Good-bye leash.... hello free running!!
We bit the bullet and spent the money...we did it just as much for us as for Gypsy. We won't have to worry now and we can enjoy having her with us all the time. We had them run the Invisible Fence around about 3/4 of a an acre. Now we can play ball and not worry and set up the agility course. I can't wait to get that pulled out! Gypsy and Cricket have both enjoyed the tunnels in the basement (until the chicks came and took up the basement). I know she can't start jumping yet, but we can start with everything else.
Gypsy is 6 months old now. I can't believe how she has grown. I also can't believe how madly in love we have all fallen for this beautiful puppy. She is amazing! She's a bit shy, but that's compared to our Coton-Zhu and I am NOT complaining! Cricket is like a cranky old lady....like I plan to be someday;) She is only 3, but if my son says "good-night Cricket." she'll look at him from 3 feet away and growl. Really...she's funny. She is very much MY dog. She has all the traits of the Coton de Teluer.....very much a companion dog and very bonded...but just to me.
Gypsy on the other hand is a ball full of furry love for everyone. She doesn't bark at joggers, she stays right at my feet, she is full of kisses and energy. My husband gets all the credit for his months of research in finding us the perfect match. We went from a very long list of dog breeds to our Miniature American Shepard and all those hours and hours on the computer have paid off.
